Girl, You Do Not Look Good.

This is the face of the woman who allegedly took her 5 year old daughter into the tanning booth with her and gave her a sunburn.  You can read the full article here.

How does one get that dark?  I think the woman in this photo is approximately 24 years old. (<—I’m lying.)  Seriously though, why does anyone think this looks good or attractive?

I don’t tan in a tanning booth, I usually only tan when I’m outside and the sun happens be shining then I don’t realize it until I see cute little tan lines.  I have a ton of moles and freckles, and have had a mole removed surgically in the past because it was dysplastic.  My mother also had melanoma about 15 years ago and had to have some lymph nodes removed.

I’m not tan and I burn rather easily.  I like to think I have a nice pasty glow to me most of the time.  I realize everyone has the freedom to tan and do what they want, to each their own, but I’d rather not look like this when I’m 30 years old:

  1. Oh. My. Gosh. I thought that was a photoshopped picture until I watched the news story. Who the heck looks like that from using a tanning bed? Does she go like 5 times a day?

  2. I don’t know how someone gets that tan? It’s like she uses a high prescription strength tanning lotion/bronzer. It’s really disturbing!

  3. I’d have to check with you here. Which just isn’t something I frequently do! I appreciate reading a submit which will make persons feel. Also, many thanks for permitting me to comment!
